What the service does
FoodAllergyCard creates a communication document from the information you select. It does not diagnose allergies, decide whether a food is suitable for you, or provide medical or emergency instructions.
Review your information
You are responsible for checking the selected foods and optional statements before purchase and use. Personal notes are not translated. Official editorial sources do not certify the translation. Follow your healthcare professional’s advice and personal emergency plan.
Products and access
Basic costs USD 3.99 for a PNG. Detailed costs USD 9.99 for the PNG and PDF reference kit. These are one-time purchases. Payment is taken through Stripe; orders are unlocked only after server verification. Private order access is available for 90 days. Keep a local copy of your downloaded files.
Support and corrections
Contact support@foodallergycard.org for payment, delivery or content problems. Do not share other people’s private information without permission or send payment card details through the support form.
